怎么做蒸碗肉,吃了不长胖
将五花肉用开水抄一下,盛出控水、然后涂抹蜂蜜(2-3遍,每遍间隔三五分钟),然后卤一下,注意,不要卤的时间太长,这样更有味儿,等凉凉后开始切片或切块儿。

为了能让吃货们看的更清楚,这里做了两个步骤,先是将垫碗的辅料放在下面,把肉放在上面,然后再倒过来,肉放下面,辅料放上面。
放一组辅料在下面,肉在上面照片,这里选的辅料主要是干豆角,也可以放豆腐干、土豆条,调料主要是葱、姜、豆豉。
