跳高训练方法(跨越式跳高技术动作)

首先是教师示范完整的跨越式跳高,让学生建立完整的动作印象,接下来是学生的模仿阶段,让学生模仿起跳练习,跳过设置地面上横放一定高度的标志物,然后模仿上一步起跳练习到走动中模仿起跳练习再过渡到2-3步助跑起跳练习,能力提升后进阶到3-5步起跳练习,重点体会最后三步的“嗒--嗒嗒”的助跑节奏。
下肢力量训练爆发: 单足跳、跨步跳、分腿跳、蛙跳、直腿跳、蹲跳起、挺身跳、跳台阶、
单脚交换跳、纵跳摸高、蛙跳、障碍跳
腰腹力量练习:仰卧屈腿、仰卧起坐、收腹跳(胯下击掌)摸脚跳(腿伸直)
游戏:学生跳绳接力,练习下肢力量
找步点:反向跑,不断的练习寻找准确点
速度:跨越式跳高需要加速度,所以多练30米加速跑。。。。。。。。。。。。
