鲍鱼2只,鲜虾2只,山芹50克,花菇2朵,大米适量燕麦米适量

鲜虾和鲍鱼洗净用柠檬腌一下去腥,切成小丁。花菇去蒂,焯一下水然后切成小丁。山芹去叶切成小粒。大米和燕麦米最好是提前泡几个小时

注意事项
鲍鱼营养太过丰富,不建议经常给宝宝食用,会补过头,建议一周食用一次即可。宝宝感冒的时候不要给宝宝吃鲍鱼粥。
