用料
- 花蛤 1000克
- 食用油 适量
- 生抽 1勺
- 料酒 3勺
- 姜片 6片
- 蒜瓣 7-8个
- 香葱 3根
- 香菜 3根
- 盐 3勺
- 香油 2勺
做法步骤

1、买的花蛤放入盆中,加入两勺盐、香油,摇晃几下,把花蛤摇晕,加入适量清水,放2-3小时,让花蛤吐沙(摇晕了就吐了)

2、花蛤清洗干净,取出倒入锅中,加入一勺啤酒,2分钟即可

3、倒入碗中备用

4、葱姜蒜香菜切好备用哦,我还加了点干辣椒,忘记拍照了

5、锅中放油,倒入葱蒜和辣椒段,爆香,有需要的可以加入适量郫县豆瓣酱,因为最近忌辣椒️所以没放

6、倒入蚝油爆香

7、然后先倒入花蛤的水,炒一下,倒入勾芡,然后倒入花蛤,加一勺盐,翻炒均匀
