- 冰糖 10g
- 料酒 一汤匙
- 老抽 三汤匙
- 生抽 两汤匙
- 姜 两片
- 蒜 三瓣
- 盐 适量
- 干辣椒 2个

1、准备鸡爪500克洗净

2、鸡爪剪去指甲,切成两半。

3、开水下锅焯一下

4、焯好捞出用清水洗净滤干
