我巨喜欢这种酱香浓郁,咸咸香香的拌面。
周末在家浅浅做了一大罐酱,放冷藏保存,可以放2周,要的时候来两勺,超级方便。

酱做好了,不需要再放任何调味,面条煮熟简单一拌就足够了。
浓郁的酱裹满每一根面条,再配上鲜鲜脆脆的黄瓜等小配菜,吃起来那叫一个香。

锅里油稍微多一点,花椒八角滋出香味。

先把五花肉煸出油,取三分之一切好的大葱末,一起炒到焦焦的状态。

再把酱汁倒下去,再加三分之一大葱,一起慢慢得熬到油酱分离。
