1. 青红椒。

3. 锅里适量水烧开,龙虾尾放入,焯一下水捞出。

4. 清水洗一下控水备用。

5. 锅里适量油烧热,花椒,香叶,桂皮,小茴香炒香,放入洋葱,葱香,辣椒,火锅底料。

6. 炒出红油。
