油焖大虾放什么配料 ,外脆里鲜嫩,在家也能做出餐厅的味道
油焖大虾是山东省的一道特色名菜,属于鲁菜;该菜品的主要食材为清明前渤海湾的大对虾,使用鲁菜特有的油焖技法。这是一道历史悠久的名菜,鲜香甜咸四种味道相辅相成,回味无穷。近些年流行的油焖大虾是起源于湖北潜江的鄂菜,使用的是淡水的鳌虾(俗称小龙虾)制作,与鲁菜的油焖大虾不同。

油焖大虾配料:
大虾300克 姜丝20克 蕃茄酱30克 糖3克 盐3克 醋5克
制作流程:
我们锅中加入清水将买来的虾清洗干净,我们选用虾的食用可以用大一些的明虾,如果条件好的话也可以用九节虾,这样做口感更佳!

我们将虾的须用剪刀剪干净,为了好看我们也把虾头尖尖的部分给剪掉

然后再进行开背,这个目的主要是将虾的虾线挑出来
