【凉拌黄瓜】:

食材:黄瓜,洋葱,小米辣,葱,蒜,盐,糖,五香粉,生抽,蚝油,醋

【具体做法】:

1、首先我们将准备好的黄瓜清洗干净,然后将黄瓜一分为4,切成3-4cm左右的小段,盛入盘中,撒上一勺盐,搅拌均匀,煞一下水分,大约腌制10分钟左右

4、将腌制好的黄瓜捞出,挤去多余的水分,盛入盘中,倒入切好的洋葱丝,加入调好的料汁,搅拌均匀,然后再加入适量的香菜,再倒入香油,搅拌均匀即可
