腌制好的酱肉怎么吃?用它炒青椒,咸香适口,肥而不腻
食材:酱肉一小块,大青椒2个,酱油少许,食用油少许,姜片、葱结、料酒适量,味精少许。

做法:
1.酱肉先放水里煮熟,在煮酱肉的水里放些姜片,葱结,料酒增香。等煮熟后,取出晾凉后切成片待用,青辣椒去籽切成片。

2.看,煮熟的酱肉切片,肥肉透亮,肉皮Q弹,韧劲挺足,瘦肉部分酱香浓郁,吃起来一点都不柴,直接吃就很香了。

3.炒锅里放少许油,放入酱肉,小火慢慢煸炒出油,

4.然后倒入青椒,开大火,翻炒。

5.加一小勺生抽,少许盐提味,待青椒炒熟后撒点味精增鲜,不喜欢吃味精的可不放。
