这个是我们当地产的本地小白芹菜,味道比西芹香多了,将这种小白芹菜切成碎末,在将干辣椒、大蒜、大葱也切成碎末!再把牛肉也剁碎!准备工作就做好了!

第一步,先把大葱碎、辣椒碎和蒜碎用菜籽油爆香!

倒入芹菜碎翻炒,炒到芹菜碎断生的时候,加入生抽酱油,蚝油,盐,鸡精等调味。
