火腿肠,白芝麻,辣椒粉,孜然粉,五香粉,生抽,蚝油,甜面酱,淀粉,盐,油。

做法:
火腿肠去肠衣。(做这种小吃,不要买太贵的火腿肠,太贵的香肠,油炸的时候容易溅油。)

将火腿肠用竹签串起来,用刀在上面削几下,注意不要削断。

锅内倒入一小碗清水,加3勺生抽,一勺蚝油,一勺甜面酱,一点盐和五香粉,搅拌均匀。(如果觉得比较咸,可以不放盐,根据自己的口味添加就可以了。)
