用料
- 黄花鱼籽 450g
- 小米辣 适量
- 姜 2片
- 小葱 1根
- 青蒜 1根
- 香菜 2根
- 生抽 1勺
- 醋 半勺
- 胡椒粉 适量
做法步骤

1、食材洗干净切小备用

2、热锅热油,姜片煸焦黄后扔掉

3、放入鱼籽,两面煎的焦黄

4、加葱蒜末、一勺豆瓣酱、一勺老干妈煸出红油,然后加适量开水煮几分钟,加适量盐、生抽1勺,醋半勺

5、汁收的差不多以后,加适量胡椒粉,把小米辣、青蒜苗、香菜加进去出锅
