薯片鸡翅(附教程) 谁说翅只有炸的才有香脆可口的? 我来个烤箱版的烤翅,一样吃出嘎嘣脆 还肉质鲜嫩,外皮香脆呢 看招 准备食材:翅,蒜蓉,蚝油,酱油,盐,糖,胡椒粉,淀粉,面粉,薯片,蛋 •1将翅用刀划开,泡水30分钟后,加入蒜蓉,蚝油,酱油,盐,糖,胡椒粉,淀粉。混合均匀放冰箱冷藏30分钟 •2薯片用擀面棍压成碎状,越碎越好,蛋搅拌均匀, 面粉和生粉混合均匀 •3把翅在混合粉里裹一圈。要用手去压实面粉。再放入蛋液里裹一圈,蕞后均匀裹上薯片碎 •4放入烤网,烤箱上下层180°C,烤30分钟即可
