干煸豆角怎么做法,香辣过瘾,比饭店的更好吃
首先从食材上讲,豆角可以选用四季豆或者是豇豆都是可以的。今天我们选取的是豇豆,豇豆的优点是在于它的经络不会塞牙。

首先把买来的豇豆清洗干净。掐头去尾,切成小段。

接着再烧一锅清水,水热了之后,把切好的豇豆小段放进去焯一下。焯水两三分钟就可以了。焯好水的豇豆我们直接控干水分放在一旁备用。

接着我们再准备一些姜末,蒜末,干辣椒段,还有花椒粒。

接着我们先起锅热油,油热之后把焯好水的豆角放进去进行煸炒,炒至豇豆的表皮有虎皮样就可以了。炒好的豇豆我们出锅盛盘备用。

接着再次起锅烧油,油热之后把姜末,蒜末,花椒粒,干辣椒段一并放进去,煸炒出香味之后,把处理好的豆角段放进去。

最后再加入适量的食用盐,进行翻炒均匀。
