用料
- 酸奶 150克
- 淡奶油 150克
- 牛奶 90克
- 糖 35克
- 吉利丁片 15克
- 椰丝 少许
做法步骤

1、将15克吉利丁片倒入碗中用冷水浸泡至变软

2、接着将150克淡奶油、90克牛奶、35克糖倒入锅中

3、小火加热,不断搅拌至糖溶化后关火
