1.首先处理食材,把西兰花切小朵,木耳撕成小朵,胡萝卜切菱形片

2.大蒜拍碎后切细末

3.一个小碗内打入2个鸡蛋,加入1克食盐,用筷子把鸡蛋搅散,食盐搅化

4.热锅加入适量植物油,热锅凉油倒入鸡蛋液,炒成鸡蛋块后盛出备用

5.不用洗锅,锅内的油刚好有用,锅内加大量开水烧开,水开后下食材焯水一分钟

6.食材焯水一分钟后控水捞到凉白开内,过凉水口感更爽脆
