【具体做法】
1、先来和面,300g面粉,3g酵母,160g温水,和成面团,盖盖发酵至2倍大。

2、洋葱胡萝卜芹菜切末,加1勺盐,搅拌均匀,腌10分钟杀一下水分。

3、锅中热油,倒入3个鸡蛋搅成鸡蛋小块,盛出放凉备用。
4、杀好水分的蔬菜末攥一下水分,再加上放凉的鸡蛋,加入盐,蚝油,胡椒粉,香油进行调味。

5、发好的面团揉搓排气,搓成长条,分成10等份。擀成稍厚的面片,这样包子皮不容易蒸死

6、包好之后,盖上保鲜膜,二次饧发10分钟,体积变大手感轻飘飘的就饧好了。

7、蒸屉刷油,放入包子,开水上锅,中火蒸20分钟,关火焖3分钟,即可出锅。
