汤鲜味美的过桥米线怎么做
过桥米线,汤鲜味美,低脂健康还有爱。
家常快手菜系列【过桥米线】
食材:整鸡,火腿,猪筒子骨,米线
配菜按个人喜好荤素搭配,‼️我所用(豌豆荚、木耳、豆腐皮、黄花菜、菊花瓣、银耳、韭菜、姜小葱、大葱叶、猪肉片、鹌鹑蛋)
准备:
1.鸡、猪骨洗净,焯水打掉浮沫,加火腿,大葱叶,姜片,料酒,底盐大火烧开,‼️中火慢煮一个半小时,熬出鲜汤
2.配菜洗净切好备用
3.米线泡发煮熟,捞出备用,将猪肉切薄片,煮熟的鸡肉切块,鹌鹑蛋打开,小葱香菜,韭菜切碎备用
做法:
1.将鲜汤带油一起打出,放入容器,将猪肉片、鹌鹑蛋,切好的鸡肉先放入汤中用汤温烫熟,再加入所有配菜,加入米线,撒上葱花香菜,少许鸡精,拌匀开吃…
