和面比例
面粉300克
酵母3克
白糖5克
35度温水160克
准备一个大碗倒入面粉,酵母,白糖,先把它们搅拌均匀,再少量多次倒入温水,边倒边搅拌,搅拌成絮状

面团揉光滑后,拿到案板上揉几下,搓成细一点的长条,切成比水饺大一点的面剂

把每一个面剂都揉成馒头的形状,再擀成小饼,擀好之后,三个小饼为一组,摞起来

从下边往上折叠,折到小柄的半径处,用筷子在中间压一下

水开后转中火计时蒸15分钟,时间到了不用焖,直接出锅
