教你柿子牛腩汤家常的简易做法

西红柿,牛腩,料酒,葱姜,番茄酱,生抽,土豆,盐,鸡精
首先我们将牛腩清洗干净切成小块备用

然后我们将切好的牛肉放入冷水锅中,加入适量的料酒,煮出血沫,捞出在凉水里面冲洗干净备用

接着我们把西红柿顶部打十字花刀,用热水烫一下扒皮,切成小块备用

然后我们在锅中放入少许油,放入葱姜,开大火,爆香一下

接着我们放入切好的西红柿,再加入一勺番茄酱,少许生抽

然后我们炒出香味以后,我们再把牛肉放入锅中,再放入少许料酒

接着我们倒入适量的清水,刚刚没过牛肉即可,加入适量的盐,鸡精调味,倒入高压锅中,压20分钟
