- 鲫鱼 1条
- 姜 3片
- 蒜 4瓣
- 小葱 4根
- 红辣椒 2根
- 郫县豆瓣酱 1勺
- 黄豆酱 半勺
- 料酒 2勺
- 生抽 2勺
- 老抽 半勺
- 醋 1勺
- 十三香 少许
- 清水 1碗
- 糖 1小勺

1、鲫鱼清理干净,肚子两面划两刀,摸上一层盐腌制半小时
