- 调味汁
- 生抽 3勺
- 老抽 半勺
- 耗油 1勺
- 清水 大半碗

1、主要食材集合 (耗油未入镜) 螺蛳泡水吐沙(可放一点食用油加速其吐沙),最后冲洗几遍反复搓洗水变清澈。我买的螺蛳是商家帮忙剪好屁股了 大蒜切末 大葱取一段切圈 红椒切丝 生姜切丝

2、水煮开,螺蛳放进去煮两分钟左右,使其更干净

3、捞出滤干备用

4、调味汁中的材料混合一起放碗里备用
